Elaine joined New Directions Search in 1994. To many, she is ''the voice'' of New Directions Search.

     Elaine is a true professional. With versatility, attention to detail, and focus under pressure she contributes to the success of New Directions Search. In addition to her receptionist activities, her other responsibilities include correspondence, travel management, degree verification, database maintenance, and administrative support.

     Prior to joining the New Directions Search team, Elaine held positions in both banking and insurance that involved a high degree of customer contact and problem resolvement.

     Outside of the office, Elaine enjoys quality time with her family, volunteering at Central DuPage Hospital, arts and crafts, gardening and traveling.
