Kate joined the company in early 2007 as Research Associate. Kate believes in working hard to assist on all searches in order to further improve quality and speed. In addition to research, Kate makes travel arrangements for candidates, posts jobs, and keeps up to date with various associations and databases.

     Before New Directions, Kate finished a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology at Northern Illinois University and persued a career providing case management for mentally ill adults. Her time as a counselor provided her with enhanced communication and personal skills as well as time management and organization. Kate is currently studying for her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management.

     Outside of the office, Kate enjoys music, reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She also works with the Aids Marathon Training Program in Chicago.
